The Manchester United leadership is not going to negotiate with Inter Milan after the start of the new season in England, and has delivered a time limiting ultimatum to the Italian grandee.

According to The Telegraph, the Red Devils are ready to sell Lukaku for 90 million pounds, and will be open to transfer until the 8^th of August. After the start of the Premier League, any negotiations on the transfer of the Belgian forward will be frozen even despite the fact that in Italy the transfer window will be open until early September.

The latest proposal of Inter for Lukaku amounted to 54 million pounds which does not suit the leadership of Manchester United.
